We process all contract cancellations chronologically from the oldest. Processing begins after physical delivery to our address and usually takes 2-4 business days.
Carriers deliver returns to us almost every business day. Once the withdrawal has been processed, the system will send you an automated email.
How is the refund process for cancellations?
If you have returned your entire order:
We will refund not only the price of the goods, but also the shipping and payment costs that you had in your order. We will process the payment within 5-7 working days after the withdrawal is completed and refund it to the account you have indicated in the log.
Note: The shipping and payment amount is only refunded if you are returning the entire order.
If you are returning the order at your own expense:
You are responsible for these costs. We are not legally obligated to reimburse these costs.
