Withdrawal from the contract

I want to return the goods. What are the conditions for returning the goods? How do I send the purchased goods for withdrawal?

If the purchased goods do not suit you for any reason, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How to proceed with withdrawal from the contract

Please do not forget to enclose the completed withdrawal protocol with the shipment, which you can find in the section Return of goods within 14 days.

Without it, we will not be able to identify the shipment and process the withdrawal from the contract.

In the protocol, clearly state all necessary information:

  • order number

  • name of the goods you are returning (or its article number, as stated on the shipping note)

  • account number to which we should refund your payment.

If you cannot print the document, simply write the order number or variable symbol legibly on a clean piece of paper and include it in the shipment. Fill out the protocol electronically and send it to us at info@fixshop.eu.

  • Free of charge via DPD

    You create a return label on the DPD website. Then you hand over the shipment via a DPD collection point or DPD Box according to the instructions.

Have you decided to return the goods? We ask you to:

  • Return the goods in their original and undamaged packaging

  • If the goods contain protective adhesives, do not remove them

  • Clean used goods (e.g. LCD display) of any adhesive residue before returning them

  • Fill in and attach the withdrawal protocol

  • When sending the shipment, request a tracking number or confirmation of shipment so that we can help you in the event of loss of the shipment

Term for processing withdrawals

We process all withdrawals from contracts chronologically, starting from the oldest. Processing begins after physical delivery to our address and usually takes 2-4 business days. We will inform you about the status of your withdrawal by e-mail notification and we will return the payment to the account that was filled in on the protocol within 5-7 business days.
