If your order has already been shipped or is currently being processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the package from the courier. It will then be returned to our central warehouse, and we will cancel it in our system. Once we receive the package, you will be notified via email. If you paid in advance, the payment will also be refunded.
Online payment: If you paid online by card (VISA, MASTERCARD), the payment will be refunded directly to the same card. The speed of the refund depends on your bank and card issuer. Typically, it takes up to 5 business days. The bank may not notify you, as it simply cancels the reservation of the amount.
Bank transfer: If you paid by bank transfer, please provide us with your IBAN after receiving our email notification. The payment will then be refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled at any time. Please contact us via the chat in the bottom right corner of our website or through the contact form. In your message, include the order number you wish to cancel.
