Splitting an order

My order contains products that you currently do not have in stock. Can you split my order and ship the goods that are in stock?

📦 Want your goods as soon as possible? Choose to split your order!

Most products are in stock, but those that are not may delay your order due to longer delivery times.

If you don't want to wait for your entire order, you can choose to split it directly in your shopping cart under the shipping selection – and we will send you the items we have in stock.

The missing products will then be shipped once they are back in stock.

(By checking the "Partial delivery" box, we can ship goods that are currently in stock from the order. The photo is illustrative.)

In some cases, a symbolic fee may be charged to cover the costs of processing and packaging the second part of the order.

💡 This option is ideal if you need part of the goods as quickly as possible. The decision is yours – convenience and speed of delivery are in your hands.
