How is the refund process for a claim?

  • If you have sent goods for a claim:

    We will refund you not only the price of the goods, but also the shipping and payment costs that were part of the order. We will process the payment within 5-7 business days after the claim is completed and refund it to the account you specified in the claim report or when you submitted it online.
    Note: Refunds for shipping and payment only apply if the order contained only one product and you are claiming that product.

  • If you sent the claim at your own expense:

    By law, we are only required to reimburse these costs up to the lowest of our shipping costs. However, if you have used our Packet or DPD services for the claim, delivery is free of charge to you.
