When am I entitled to a refund?

You are entitled to a refund if:

  • The same defect has been reported 3x on the same device

  • 4 different defects have been reported on the same device

  • A replacement part is not available

  • Withdrawal from the contract

When will you refund my money?

  • We will send the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase contract. However, not before the returned goods have been delivered to the store or back to our claims department (or if you prove that the returned goods have already been sent to us). The cost of returning the goods is in this case borne by the buyer.

Claim Conditions

  • For a replacement part that you have installed yourself into the device, iFix LLC reserves the right to deny your warranty claim.

  • If the warranty technician determines that you were delivered a faulty part that was not mechanically damaged by your own installation, you have the right to file a warranty claim.

  • If you are unable to disassemble the replacement part from the device, you have the right to send the entire device for warranty service. In this case, a fee of €20 will be charged for the disassembly of the replacement part from the device.

  • If the warranty claim is accepted and the replacement part is not available, you will be informed via email notification that the claimed replacement part is in the "waiting for part" status.

  • In the event that the specific part is unavailable, the warranty department will contact you to inform you of the delivery time for the part, or alternatively, offer you the option of a refund.
