Return of goods within 14 days

I want to return the goods. What are the conditions for returning goods? How do I send the purchased goods for withdrawal?

If the purchased goods do not suit you for any reason, it is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Please be sure to include the completed withdrawal protocol in the shipment. Without the log, we will not be able to identify the shipment and process the withdrawal. Please fill in all the information in the log such as the order number, the goods you are returning and your account number so that we can send you payment.

In case you do not have the possibility to print the document, please write the order number/variable symbol legibly on plain paper and insert it in the parcel.

You can return the goods to us in one of the following ways:

Have you decided to return the goods? We will ask you:

  • Return the goods in their original and undamaged packaging.

  • If the goods contain protective adhesives, do not cut them off.

  • Clean any unnecessary adhesive from used goods, such as a replaced LCD screen.

  • Complete and enclose the withdrawal protocol with the shipment.

  • When you send the parcel, ask the carrier for a tracking number or confirmation so that we can help you if the parcel is lost.

We will inform you of the current status of your withdrawal by e-mail notification after processing.
