This is a standard situation with Apple replacement parts.
The message only informs that the original replacement part has been replaced
The message has no effect on the performance of the device.
For 4 days it shows on the lock screen, then in settings.
The situation becomes apparent when the following components are replaced.
Battery - For iPhone XR, XS and newer models, after replacing the part, a message about the inability to verify the capacity and health of the battery, as well as an "Unknown part" warning, will appear in Settings, in the Parts and Service History section (from iOS 18.3). Apple does not allow refurbished or third-party parts to be paired with the device's motherboard.
Display - For Apple iPhone 11 and later models, after replacing the display, the "Unable to verify display authenticity" message and "Unknown part" warning will appear in the Settings, Parts and Service History section (starting with iOS 18.3). Apple does not allow the pairing of refurbished or non-genuine third-party parts with the device's motherboard.
Camera - For iPhone 11 Pro and newer models, after replacing the rear camera, you'll see a message in Settings, under Parts and Service History, about not being able to verify the originality of the camera, as well as an "Unknown Part" warning. Apple does not allow refurbished or third-party parts to be paired with the device's motherboard.
Replacement of a replacement part without a message can only be performed by an authorized Apple Center.
