How do I find out the status of my order? What is the availability of the replacement part?

Order status

  • We will keep you informed about the status of your order by notification email and sms.

  • You can follow up by logging in (top right) to your account on our site.

Spare part availability

For each product we have a delivery time. If a product is out of stock, it takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks after you place your order for it to be stocked. We order products based on demand and orders already placed.

  • If we are unable to stock a product within the original delivery time, you will be notified by email of the extended delivery time.

  • When the supplier confirms the stocking date, we will inform you by a notification email with a provisional date.

  • You can only change or cancel your order during the delivery period if you have chosen cash on delivery.
